Sajitha De Mel is the Founder of Del Global Logistics (Pvt) Ltd. He has held several Senior Management positions and Directorships in logistics business companies during a career spanning 19 years. He is a graduate member of the Institute of Directors. In addition to this, he is also a trainer and lecturer at the Institute of Shipping and Logistics. His enterprising nature has led him to be well-recognized in the International arena.He was the first Sri Lankan to be nominated for the the Young International Freight Forwarder of the year award held in the UK in 2013.He was also recognized as the Young Achiever of the year 2019 at the Sri Lanka Logistics Awards. His other achievements include being awarded “Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award” in Sri Lanka for the year 2010 by Junior Chamber International.
